    BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman lands in Chattogram for election rally

    BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman has arrived in Chattogram to attend a major election rally.

    He landed at Shah Amanat International Airport at 7:20pm on Saturday on a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight.

    From the airport, he headed to Hotel Radisson Blu for an overnight stay, BNP Chattogram City Member-Secretary Nazimur Rahman told bdnews24.com.

    At the airport, Tarique was welcomed by BNP leaders including Mir Mohammad Nasir Uddin, Standing Committee member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, Salauddin Ahmed, and Chattogram City Mayor Shahadat Hossain.

    Tarique is scheduled to speak on Sunday morning at Pologround, in a rally organised by BNP’s Chattogram Metropolitan, north, and south district units.
